5. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary:
- Enquiry data: up to 12 months from last contact, unless a client relationship develops.
- Client engagement data: up to 5 years from engagement close, for contractual and legal record purposes.
- Analytics data: retained in anonymised form for up to 26 months.
When data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised.

We take data security seriously and apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (TLS) for all website communication.
- Access controls limiting who can view client data within our team.
- Written prohibitions in all client agreements against using client documents to train AI models.

In the event of a data breach that may affect your rights, we will notify affected individuals and, where required, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD) Hong Kong, in a timely manner.

8. Your Rights Under PDPO
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), you have the right to:

- Withdrawal of consent: where processing is based on consent, withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

10. Children's Privacy
Our services are directed at organisations and business professionals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
